About the talk
The TBD National University Transportation Center is pleased to present The Mobility Dashboard (TMD) — an online tool developed to facilitate analysis of travel behavior patterns using the American Time Use Survey (ATUS) data series. TMD offers dedicated modules for deriving insights about Trip Purpose, Travel Mode, Zero-Trip Making, and Day Patterns. Users can explore trends over time, conduct both person and trip level analyses, and filter results by year and user-defined population subgroups. The webinar will present an overview of the dashboard’s features and analytical capabilities, along with practical use cases illustrating how the platform can inform transportation research and planning. The session will be led by Dr. Irfan Batur, Principal Investigator of the TMD development project, and moderated by Dr. Ram Pendyala, with special commentary by Dr. Steven Polzin.
