Dale is a TBD-sponsored researcher whose work advances transportation research through rigorous and impactful scholarship. He received the award at the Council of University Transportation Centers (CUTC) Winter Meeting and Annual Awards Banquet, held in Washington, D.C., on January 10, 2026.
