Professors Bhat, Pendyala, and Mokhtarian – all of whom are past IATBR chairs – joined other past IATBR chairs to celebrate the 2024 IATBR Lifetime Achievement Award winners, Professors Kay Axhausen and Hani Mahmassani, at the gala awards dinner held at City Hall.
